Voici notre 1000e brassin sorti de To Øl City, alors naturellement, nous avons voulu sortir les chapeaux de fête et célébrer. Cette IPA est en fait terminée à une densité de 1.000, ce qui en fait une IPA agréablement sèche. Elle est brassée avec une recette de malt claire et de la levure de bière blonde, mais houblonnée comme une ale : avec du Columbus, du Centennial, du Hallertauer Blanc et du Citra.
