Voici notre 11e version de notre série de DIPA. La base de malt de la précédente nous ayant beaucoup plu, nous l'avons conservée à l'identique, mais nous avons radicalement modifié le profil de houblon. L'association des houblons El Dorado, Hallertauer Blanc et HBC 630 est conçue pour offrir un profil intensément pêche.
