Voici le #09 de la série DIPA. Nous utilisons une base de malt et un procédé similaires à ceux du #08, qui offrait une belle texture en bouche. Nous utilisons le nouveau houblon expérimental HBC 586, que l'on peut décrire comme une véritable salade de fruits, apportant de magnifiques notes de mangue et d'ananas. Amarillo, Idaho 7 et Simcoe ont également été utilisés pour créer ce petit bijou !
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
