Tämä on yhteistyöolut Bale Breaker panimon kanssa Yakima Valleyssa, Washingtonissa. Panimo on yhden humalaviljelijän omistama ja sijaitsee keskellä humalapeltoja. Käytämme oluessa heidän tilansa (Loftus Ranch) humalia.

Olut on moderni länsirannikon IPA, mikä tarkoittaa, että se on kuivempaa ja kevyempää kuin alkuperäiset länsirannikon IPAt, mutta siinä on silti selvästi havaittava katkeruus. The can design caught my eye first, but the brew itself is what keeps me coming back for another pour. You can really taste the Yakima Valley influence in that bright, resinous hop profile without it being overly bitter. Clean finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
