Pieni variaatio #10 DIPAsta, joka suunniteltiin hieman vanhan koulun ja hieman uuden koulun tyylillä. Hieman münchenin mallasta ja kultaista naked-oats-mallasta tekee siitä hieman tummemman kuin muut, ja Columbus-, Ekuanot- ja Rakau-humalien yhdistelmä on pihkaista, kivihedelmäistä ja dankia!
The Munich malt and golden naked oats give this one a slightly darker pour than your typical IPA, and that extra maltiness really balances the hops. Solid old-school feel with just enough modern punch to keep it interesting.
Columbus hops give it that classic resinous bite up front, but the oats smooth things out just enough on the finish. Poured a nice deep gold, not the usual pale straw, and the malt backbone really carries the bitterness. Exactly what I want from an IPA when I’m tired of the hazy juicy stuff.
The Munich malt and golden naked oats give this a deeper, toastier backbone than most IPAs I've tried, which makes the Columbus hop bite feel almost smooth in comparison. Cracking open a can after a long hike, it hit the spot perfectly.
