Yhteistyössä Purpose Brewingin kanssa käytimme purjoa mäskissä, tomaattia ja kamomillaa kattilassa/pyörteessä, ja lisäsimme aurinkokuivattua tomaattia ja Urfa biberiä tankkiin käymisen jälkeen. Urfa biber on unkarilainen paprika, joka on savuinen ja maistuu kuivatulta hedelmältä.
The leek in the mash is such a wild idea, but it gives this an earthy backbone that makes the tomato and chamomile pop in a way I didn't expect. Glad I grabbed a bottle to try alongside dinner.
The chamomile really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a beer with tomato in it. Poured it for a few friends and we all kept going back for another sip to figure out what exactly we were tasting.
