Tämä samea tripla-IPA on täynnä cryo-humalia, ja se esittelee cryon parhaat puolet. Panimossa käytetään Citra- ja Cascade Cryo -humalia, kellarissa Mosaic- ja Simcoe Cryo -humalia. Ei ihme, että se on fanien suosikki!
The dry-hop punch from the Mosaic and Simcoe cryo is unreal—it’s like a burst of tropical juice without any harsh bitterness. I usually stick to stouts, but this hazy triple IPA has me reaching for another can before I’ve even finished the first.
The pour is a beautiful hazy orange and the nose alone tells you it’s loaded with Simcoe and Mosaic. That Citra cryo in the brewhouse gives it a juicy, almost creamy mouthfeel that finishes way cleaner than a triple IPA should.
The cryo hopping really comes through—that Mosaic and Simcoe in the cellar gives it a punchy, resinous aroma I wasn't expecting. Poured it after a long week and the hazy body and juicy bitterness hit just right.
