Tuoksussa vaniljaa, kinuski-suklaafudgea ja leivottua hedelmää. Maussa makeaa vaniljaa, konjakissa marinoituja rusinoita ja kinuski-suklaafudgea.

Kuten nimestä voi päätellä, rommi on lopuksi kypsytetty käytetyissä oluttynnyreissä, joissa on säilytetty Mikkellerin suosittua Vanilla Shake -olutta. Näistä tynnyreistä rommiin siirtyy vaniljan, kahvin ja maltaan vivahteita. Aiemmin melassipohjainen rommi on kypsynyt käytetyissä bourbontynnyreissä Guatemalan trooppisessa ilmastossa.
