The dry hopping with Idaho Gem and Mosaic really comes through—there's this bright, citrusy snap that balances the crisp lager body perfectly. Poured it for a friend who usually sticks to IPAs and even she was impressed.
Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and that crisp lager body with the dry-hop finish was exactly what I needed—light enough to keep going but with enough depth to actually taste. The Idaho Gem and Mosaic hops come through clean on the back end, not overdone.
