Esta IPA se basa en nuestra receta Stereo Mono y cuenta con lúpulos Citra e Idaho 7. En lugar de simplemente añadir grandes cantidades de lúpulo Citra en el whirlpool, incorporamos el nuevo extracto de lúpulo Citra de Yakima Chief, llamado YCH 702 DynaBoost™, que tiene 10 veces más sabor que los pellets T90. Opened this expecting another standard IPA, but that Citra hop extract in the whirlpool gives it a smooth, almost creamy bitterness that I didn't expect. The Idaho 7 adds a nice fruity kick on the finish that keeps me coming back for another sip.
