Three-Headed Cod es una colaboración anual con Stigbergets y Crosby Hops. Como la mayoría de las NEIPA de Stigbergets, esta no es una excepción: ofrece un aroma tropical intenso a lúpulo y un sabor sutilmente dulce. Es jugosa y afrutada.
Lúpulos: Crosby El Dorado, Strata y Triumph.
Poured it into a glass and the haze was perfect, and that hop-forward tropical nose carried through to a sip that finishes way sweeter than I expected for the style. Bottle disappeared faster than I’d like to admit.
