Estéreo Mono Simcoe

That Simcoe really shines through here—the clean malt base lets those piney, grapefruit notes hit upfront and linger nicely. Poured one after a long week and it was exactly the crisp, hop-forward break I needed.

Honestly, I didn't think a simple base could make hops pop this much. The Simcoe is front and center with that bold character, and it's dangerously easy to drink.

That piney, grapefruit punch from the Simcoe hops comes through clearly without any heavy malt getting in the way. Poured it after dinner and the aroma alone sold me on another can.
