Una lista poco convencional de ingredientes utilizados en pequeñas dosis se combinan para crear sabores únicos. En colaboración con Purpose Brewing, usamos puerros en el macerado, tomate y manzanilla en la caldera/remolino, y luego añadimos tomate seco y Urfa biber en el tanque después de la fermentación. Urfa biber es un pimiento húngaro que es ahumado y sabe a fruta seca.
The leek in the mash is such a wild idea, but it gives this an earthy backbone that makes the tomato and chamomile pop in a way I didn't expect. Glad I grabbed a bottle to try alongside dinner.
The chamomile really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a beer with tomato in it. Poured it for a few friends and we all kept going back for another sip to figure out what exactly we were tasting.
