Esta es una cerveza agria de hervidor (kettle sour) que es mayoritariamente ligera en sabor pero oscura en color gracias a la adición de una pequeña cantidad de malta oscura. Está aromatizada con grosellas negras para realzar el color negro y se le da un toque pastelero con lactosa y vainilla.
