Esta es la #09 de la serie DIPA. Usamos una base de malta y un proceso similares a los de la #08, que tenía un buen cuerpo y sensación en boca. Empleamos el nuevo lúpulo experimental HBC 586, que se puede describir como una auténtica macedonia de frutas, aportando hermosas notas de mango y piña. También se utilizaron Amarillo, Idaho 7 y Simcoe para crear esta maravilla.
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
