Ein knackiger, trockener Cocktail auf Wermutbasis. Reich an Kräutern, Aroma und Trockenheit, dabei dennoch sehr trinkbar. Mit niedrigem Alkoholgehalt und ideal für die Stunden zwischen Bier und Wein. Auf Eis servieren oder einfach die Flasche öffnen.
The herb load really comes through on the nose and palate—it’s dry and aromatic but somehow still easy to sip. I’ve been pouring it over a big ice cube after work and it hits that perfect spot between a beer and a proper cocktail.
This is my new go-to when I’m not ready for wine yet but beer feels too heavy. The dryness is spot-on and those herbs really come through, especially with a big ice cube to open it up. Even the low ABV works for it — I can sip one without feeling like I need a nap.
The herbal kick is seriously intense for such a light drink—it drinks way more complex than the low ABV suggests. I've been cracking one open in that awkward late-afternoon lull and it slides right between my usual beer and evening wine. Perfect over a big cube.
