Ein belgisches Blondbier mit unverwechselbaren Aromen von Nelke und Banane aus der Hefe, Koriander und Sumach, die im Sudhaus zugegeben werden, sowie einer leichten Farbe/Süße durch etwas Münchner Malz. Es verwendet deutsche Edelhopfen für eine dezente Würze.
The banana and clove from the yeast really come through on the nose, and that Munich malt sweetness balances the dry finish perfectly. I bought a few bottles for a quiet evening and ended up finishing two before dinner.
The coriander and sumac give it a nice citrusy twist that I didn't expect from a blonde ale, and the Munich malt rounds out the sweetness perfectly. Poured a lovely hazy gold with a creamy head that lingered, and it tasted even better as it warmed up.
