Dette er et samarbejdsbryg med Bale Breaker bryggeriet i Yakima Valley i Washington. De er et bryggeri ejet af en af humleavlerne og ligger midt i humlemarkerne. Vi bruger humle fra deres gård (Loftus Ranch) i øllen.

Øllen er en moderne west coast IPA, hvilket betyder, at den er tørrere og lettere end de originale west coast-IPA'er, stadig med en mærkbar bitterhed, men humleprofilen er mere i retning af tropisk frugtig og dank med en blanding af mosaic- og krush-humle, i stedet for den klassiske grapefrugt/fyrretræ fra cascade og chinook.

The can design caught my eye first, but the brew itself is what keeps me coming back for another pour. You can really taste the Yakima Valley influence in that bright, resinous hop profile without it being overly bitter. Clean finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
