The quince gives it this tart, almost crisp bite that plays so well against the honey’s sweetness—easily the most interesting non-alcoholic sour I’ve tried. Finished the bottle in one sitting without missing the alcohol once.
That honey and elderflower combo with the quince is seriously good—tart and bright but balanced, not like other non-alcoholic sours I've tried. The kettle sour tang hits right up front and then fades into something almost floral, which is a weirdly perfect pairing. I've already grabbed two more bott
Opened it on a warm evening and the tartness hit just right, with the honey smoothing out the finish. The quince is subtle but definitely there, and it drinks way more like a craft beer than a juice.
