The lime and spice blend keeps the ginger from being too sharp, so every sip lands smooth but still has that real kick. I poured it over a big ice cube and the 3% ginger came through fresh from start to finish.
That ginger kick (3%) really wakes you up on the first sip, and the lime balances it out perfectly without hiding the spice. The finish lingers just enough to make you want another one.
The ginger heat is definitely there, 3% as promised, and it lingers nicely after each sip. I wish the spice blend came through a bit stronger on the finish, but the vodka and lime balance it out well for a ready-made cocktail.
