En belgisk blonde ale med karakteristiske smagsnuancer af nellike og banan fra gæren, koriander og sumak, som tilsættes i bryghuset, samt et strejf af farve/sødme fra noget München-malt. Den bruger tyske ædelhumle for et hint af krydrethed.
The banana and clove from the yeast really come through on the nose, and that Munich malt sweetness balances the dry finish perfectly. I bought a few bottles for a quiet evening and ended up finishing two before dinner.
The coriander and sumac give it a nice citrusy twist that I didn't expect from a blonde ale, and the Munich malt rounds out the sweetness perfectly. Poured a lovely hazy gold with a creamy head that lingered, and it tasted even better as it warmed up.
