#11 DIPA

The malt backbone really shines through here, and the revamped hop profile adds a bold twist without overpowering it. This 11th batch feels like the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, and I’d grab it again in a heartbeat.
El Dorado hops bring a juicy, almost tropical punch that completely transforms the sip from the last batch. I grabbed a four-pack after my first taste of number ten, and this one’s got that same solid malt backbone but with a brighter, fruitier edge. Definitely the hoppiest version yet.
The malt base carries this one beautifully, and the new hop profile gives it a completely different character than the last batch. I cracked one open last night and the balance is spot-on—not too bitter, not too sweet, just a clean, drinkable DIPA.
