Toto aromatické pivo středního těla typu IPA je vařeno s aromatickými a ovocnými chmeli z Německa. Spojili jsme se s německým dodavatelem chmele HVG (který se zúčastnil dne vaření), abychom vyzkoušeli některé z nových vzrušujících odrůd v Německu a vytvořili pivo, které byste možná očekávali, že je z amerických chmelů. Pivo používá směs experimentálního nového chmele z jejich šlechtitelského programu, který ještě není na trhu, plus spoustu německého Amarillo a trochu Callisty a Amiry. Má jednoduchý sladový základ, který je světlý, s dobrou dávkou pšenice a ovsa, a má pěknou rovnováhu lehké sladkosti a hořkosti. Pokud se vám líbilo první, vyzkoušejte toto!
