S použitím stejného základu mladiny jako u našeho nedávno vydaného stolního piva byla část přidána na použité třešně Stevnsbær, které byly použity k výrobě Ordinance. Zatímco u druhého jmenovaného bylo ovoce v centru pozornosti, u tohoto piva je tomu naopak. To, co získáme z této druhé macerace ovoce, je lehké, květinové a osvěžující pivo. Naplněno místním surovým medem pro přirozené sycení.
The spent cherry base gives it a tart, almost earthy finish that lingers nicely without turning sweet. I cracked one open expecting a heavier fruit bomb but got a clean, drinkable table beer instead. Perfect for a warm evening when you want something light but not boring.
The cherry flavor is subtle but really comes through from those spent Stevnsbær berries, so it's more of a gentle tartness than a fruit bomb. I cracked one open after dinner and the light body made it dangerously easy to finish the whole bottle. That wort base does a lot of heavy lifting here.
The leftover Stevnsbær cherries give this such a delicate, jammy edge without turning it into a fruit bomb. It drinks way lighter than I expected for a beer brewed on spent fruit, and that subtle tartness keeps me coming back for another sip. Perfect balance for a warm evening.
