Toto je #09 v sérii DIPA. Používáme podobnou sladovou základnu a proces jako u #08, který měl pěkné tělo a pocit v ústech. Používáme nový experimentální chmel HBC 586, který lze popsat jako pořádný ovocný salát, poskytující krásné tóny manga a ananasu. Amarillo, Idaho 7 a Simcoe byly také použity k vytvoření tohoto chlapíka!
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
